JAKの理念
代表よりみなさまへ。
現在、年間30～50万頭ともいわれる動物たちが殺処分されています。
これは、一日約800頭の殺処分ということになります。
その多くはペットであった犬猫であり、人間の都合で飼われ人間の都合で捨てられている動物たちです。
毎日、個人・任意団体の方々がボランティアで小さな命を救おうと懸命に努力して下さっているにもかかわらず
保健所に持ち込まれる動物・迷子として収容される動物は減るどころか増加しています。
更に個人・任意団体の方々の努力もむなしく、金銭や人員不足によりそのボランティア活動すら思う様に
できない状態になっているのが現状です。
Japan Animal Kingdom（以下JAK）は
個人及び任意団体などで継続的に犬や猫の保護活動をしている人々をリンクして助け合うことが可能な組織を作りたいと
思う気持ちを持つ有志や動物愛護及び殺処分されるはずである犬や猫を1匹でも多く助けたいと願う有志が集まって立ち上がった団体です。
またJAKは、啓発活動 及び 助け合うほかに １匹でも多くの動物の命を救っていこうと考えております。

Our mission is to provide our community with an adoption centre following a no kill,
no cage philosophy to shelter,and Keeping home care for and re-home stray
and abandoned dogs and cats and promote humane attitudes
and responsible pet companionship through educational programs
and community leadership.
